How do I create my first auction?
To create an auction, click "Create Auction" from your dashboard and follow the setup wizard. Auctions include free team slots â you can purchase additional slots later if needed. You can refer to our Step-by-Step Creation Guide.
What is a team slot?
Every auction includes a set number of free team slots. If you need more teams than the free allowance, you can purchase additional slots from the Teams page inside your auction â paying only for what you use.
Can I get free team slots?
Yes! Every auction you create comes with free team slots included at no charge. Create your auction and start adding teams right away.
How do I register players for my auction?
After creating an auction, go to "Player Registrations" section. Click "Register Player", select a player from the database, set their base price, category, and assign them to a set. See the Player Registration Guide for detailed steps on bulk excel imports and sharing public forms.

How do I set up my auction settings?
Navigate to your auction and click "Auction Settings". Update auction details, budget, dates, bid settings, visibility, and theme preferences from one place. Need help? Understand what each setting does in the Auction Settings Guide.
How do I control who can join the live room?
Invite team owners directly by adding their email when creating teams. Share the live viewer link for public watching. Manage host/co-host permissions in the access settings.
How do I manage teams in my auction?
Go to "Teams" section in your auction. You can create teams, view team details, see purchased players, and monitor team budgets. Team owners will be able to bid on players during the live auction.
What are sets and how do I use them?
Sets are groups of players that are auctioned together in sequence. Create sets from the "Sets" page, assign players to sets, and control when each set goes live. This provides a professional "Event Flow" for large auctions.

How do I start a live auction?
Go to the Organizer Command Center (Live Page). Start the first set, and players will appear one by one. Use the control panel to mark players as sold, set prices, and manage the live bidding flow. Before starting, we recommend reviewing our Live Bidding Guide.
Can viewers bid without an account?
Yes! Anonymous viewers can watch live auctions, but only registered team owners can place bids. Viewers can see all activity in real-time.
How does bidding work?
When a player is active, team owners can place bids. The system enforces minimum bid increments. The highest bid wins when the auctioneer marks the player as sold.
What happens if a player is unsold?
If no bids are received or bidding time expires, you can mark the player as "Unsold". They remain available and can be re-auctioned later if needed.

How does team slot pricing work?
Auctions are free to create. Every auction includes a set number of free team slots (typically 3). If you need more teams, you can purchase additional slots directly within your auction â you only pay for what you need.
How do I add more teams to my auction?
Go to the Teams page inside your auction and click "Buy Team Slots". Choose how many extra slots you need, complete the Razorpay payment, and slots are added instantly.
What happens to my existing auctions?
All existing auctions keep their current team limits unchanged. Newly created auctions start with the default free slot count configured by the platform.
Can I get a refund for unused team slots?
Refund eligibility depends on whether any teams have been created using those slots. Contact support with your order ID for refund queries.

I can't create an auction, what's wrong?
Make sure all required fields (dates, sport, team limits) are filled correctly.
Why can't I create more teams?
Each auction has a maximum team limit. If you've reached the free slot limit, purchase additional team slots from the Teams page inside your auction.
Bidders/viewers can't join the live room, what should I check?
Verify the live link you shared is correct and ensure the auction is in an active state. Confirm user roles: team owners bid using their registered accounts; viewers can watch without an account.
How do I contact support?
